Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order ship:
Answer: Most orders ship out same or next business day when ordered before 2:00 unless there is a large amount of orders received. (Mon.-Fri.)
Only Priority Express 1-2 days has a guaranteed delivery date excluding weather and other natural causes delays.
USPS delivery times are not including order process time. Orders will ship out directly from Vinyl Supply Mart.
PayPal E-check: There is a 5-10 business day hold on this payment type. This isn't us but PayPal. It will not clear payment until PayPal has received the check as cleared through your bank. We can't do anything to your order during this process including refund, cancel, or ship.
What are shipping charges:
Answer: Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order and where it is going. We only charge the exact amount it costs us to ship a package. :)
We ship all packages with USPS and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSES. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY SHIPPING AGAIN TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.
Package Delays: We can't control package delays due to USPS. You have the same tracking information we can see. If your package is lost we have to wait over 7 business days of NO movement on tracking before we can refund or resend your order. We DO NOT give refunds for USPS delays.
Package Delivered: If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it you will need to contact your local post office. We only see the tracking you see on your end and we can't contact your local post office. If they have delivered to correct address you may want to file a police report for stolen mail. WE DO NOT REFUND OR RESEND FOR PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED TO CORRECT ADDRESS. This is stolen property and not our fault.
There is a 5% (max $5.00) cancellation fee for all orders wanting to be canceled. It takes time and money for us to cancel orders that are placed.
My order was wrong:
Answer: We are very sorry for this inconvenience. If your order was not received correctly, please Facebook message or EMAIL (email@example.com) us immediately. We will need pictures of your content, order number, name, and address. Once we receive this we will promptly mail out corrected items.
My order was received damaged:
Answer: Please Facebook message or EMAIL (firstname.lastname@example.org) us immediately with pictures of your packaging, items, order number, name, and address. All PRIORITY packages have insurance. If your product is only damaged on the ends that will fall under our .5" +or- rule. We also don't refund damaged products that have been used. We must receive unused pictures of damage for insurance purposes and sometimes we will give you a refund label to return product for other uses.
My Acrylic blanks are not clear:
Answer: This is a protective covering that will peel off.
My vinyl isn't cutting properly and is messing up...
This is going to be in your cut settings. I highly recommend YouTube videos on how to cut properly and lots of great tips. We cut several 100 sheets per roll of vinyl and I can promise you that just the few sheets you received from the roll aren't messed up. If the vinyl your received did come from a damaged roll of vinyl we will send out corrected sheets but this has never had to be done. We've always caught the bad rolls before we ever stocked our shelves with them. :)
Can I add to my order once complete?
Answer: We are unable to add to a order once it is completed. Sorry for this inconvenience but it is for your security during checkout.
IF YOU FILE A FALSE CHARGE BACK FOR YOUR PACKAGE WE WILL BAN YOU FROM OUR WEBSITE. THIS IS A CRIME AND WE FIGHT ALL CHARGE BACKS WITH FACTUAL EVIDENCE OF YOU PLACING THE ORDER AND RECEIVING IT WITH THE TRACKING WE PLACE ON EVERY ORDER. We take these very seriously as we have great pride in our business and work very hard each day for our customers.
Returned orders will be refunded minus the shipping charge and must be returned in exact condition it was shipped out.
**Vinyl sheets may vary by .5" + or - in size but will always be as close as possible. This also applies to damage on the very ends of vinyl. We will not resend or refund for this damage. Many times we leave it so you can use the whole sheet instead of cutting it off.
**All colors are a very close match to picture. Different screens can slightly depict different colors. We have no control over this.
