Question: When will my order ship:
Answer: Most orders ship out next business day unless there is a large amount of orders received on sale days. Orders will ship out no later than 5 business days (Mon.-Fri.) from order date. USPS delivery times are not including order process time. Orders will ship out directly from Vinyl Supply Mart.
Question: What are shipping charges:
Answer: Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order and where it is going. We only charge the exact amount it costs us to ship a package. :)
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSES. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY SHIPPING AGAIN TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.
Package Delays: We can't control package delays due to USPS. You have the same tracking information we can see. We DO NOT give refunds for USPS delays.
Question: My order was wrong:
Answer: If your order was not received correctly, please EMAIL (firstname.lastname@example.org) us immediately. We will need pictures of your content, order number, name, and address.
Question: My order was received damaged:
Answer: Please EMAIL (email@example.com) us immediately with pictures of your packaging, items, order number, name, and address. All PRIORITY packages have insurance that you will need to file.
Question: My Acrylic blanks are not clear:
Answer: This is a protective covering that will peel off.
Question: Can I add to my order once complete?
Answer: We are unable to add to a order once it is completed. If you message us on our Facebook page we may be able to work something out if order hasn't been completed yet.
Returned orders will be refunded minus the shipping charge and must be returned in exact condition it was shipped out.
Vinyl sheets may vary by .5" + or - in size but will always be as close as possible.
